Good morning all,
This morning is the only time I will be able to be good this weekend :(
The reason for this is I am travelling and doing a diet while travelling is not conducive, so for the next 4 days I am just gonna chill.
My daily intake for day 4 was pretty good, I am getting the hang of this
1 glass of diluted fruit juice
2 x slices of toast with a scrape of butter
1x small probiotic drink
1x weetabix
1 x slim fast shake
3 x raison slices biscuits
Salad with peppered mackerel
Chicken with tomato and basil with pasta
Crystalized ginger
This morning I had toast and diluted juice :)
