Day 4

Morning people!

Its official, I love my bed.... Let's make no mistake about this, even without this diet making me tired, therefore making me want to sleep more.... There has always been a healthy relation with my bed and I, it has been more pronounced :)

My daily intake for yesterday was slightly different

1 x weetabix
2 x slices of toast with a scrape of butter
1x banana
1 x slim fast shake
3 x raison slices biscuits
Salad with peppered mackerel
3 x spoonful mac and cheese
3 x raison slices biscuits
Pear and green tea
Crystalized ginger

I weighed myself this morning and was pleasantly surprised.

On sunday I weighed 121.2Kg
This morning I am 115kg so there has been some movement a lot more than I thought!

So day 4 I am coming as I know come day 5 all this will be lost as I will be away and it will be a struggle, but I need to be focused :)
