I survived the first day!
It was a struggle as by the end of the day I was tired and my stomach wouldn't stop talking to me!!!!
My daily calorie intake has been cut in half from around 2000 to about 1000.
Below is what I had yesterday
1 x weetabix
1x apple
1x pear
1 x slim fast shake
1x banana
Steam cabbage with chicken
3 x raison slices
Crystalized ginger
My main meal at the end of the day was cabbage and chicken.......bwey that tasted so good :)
If you are joining me, I have discovered a trick from the health shop.......crystalized ginger with lots of water will help throughout the day !
