One of my other little haven!

Hey Peeps,

Each year many of my friends make promises to themselves that they will spend more time pampering their mind and bodies, and even with good intentions they sometimes fail.

Well this should be an everyday thing as we are all special, not just on significant occasions.

With that in mind I wanted to share a secret with you all. I had the pleasure of visiting a wonderful Yoga Retreat last November...

Now Yoga may not be for all and trust me I still havent gotten my head around it, and I am still trying to master the moves.... which may take a while :)

However even if I don't practice yoga, the surroundings and tranquility of this little minitaure haven is enough for me to want to visit time and time again .

 Welcome to the Island of Ibiza, welcome to Atzaro!

From the rows of orange trees, swans/ ducks swimming in the lakes, wooden sunbeds, private alcoves, picturesque gardens its like stepping into your own private sanctuary.

The staff are very discreet amd you never realise they are there, unless you need something and then they just appear........ that is what I call heaven!

This Retreat will be running over the next few months and it is a place to go to recoup from daily life stresses, relax, meditate and generally pamper yourself, one of the teachers Jacqueline is a pleasure  to work with , and for someone like me that doesn't understand yoga, her patience is amazing, but then I was happy just to sit back on my lounger and be enveloped by the atmosphere and the tranquility from the orange orchard :)

Catching up !

I am sorry, I am soooooo sorry that I neglected you all this weekend, but I flew out of town to get some much needed R & R , so off I headed to IBIZA and to an amazing time, but enough about that, let me fill you in on my antics last week.

Film Premiere

So last Thursday I made my way down the red carpet, it was a fascinating experience and can be quite addictive,the film DEAD MAN RUNNING was great! a must see!- all I will say is that the mum character was the star for me ..... :)

So there I was hob nobbing with the industry elite.... now what the industry class as "Elite " was interesting, and maybe where I was sitting I didn't see all the "famous " people that I should have done, but I saw a few familiar faces, that came out of the wood work.

The film headlines with 50 cent, Tamer Hassan, Ashley Walters, Danny Dyer , Brenda Blethyn; based on a loan shark gives ex con Nick 24 hours in order to pay him back the money he owes. Nick involves his best mate on a multi - part mission in order to raise the cash before its too late for both of them .

Ibiza

So from leaving the premiere after party , I had just enough time to head home and quickly packed before I jetted off to the airport for a 6am flight....... I LOVE my lifestyle.

Ibiza for 4 days was totally awesome, I met some really cool people (will load pictures on website later ) www.missye.net

I checked out the most amazing spa"ATZARO", embedded in an orange orchard so tranquil it was AWESOME!, fully equipped with crickets , frogs etc.....

The Spanish eat quite late so from Sushi, to Pasta, I was covered an all areas, and yes for those that know me there was chicken up in da place .... come on now!!!

Pacha, LeSalines, Delano all cool hangouts with great vibes.

As its winter season it wasn't packed with clubbers so it was more relaxing, and with good weather, good food and good company , it was a total R& R for me.

I am always enthralled by this island whenever I arrive as it just calms you and make you reflect an meditate without even trying .... .I will be heading back for sure ......
