Missy is sick
Guess what!
Its me again, and today is proving a revelation to me.
I have just discovered that my namesake is sick and I never had a clue.......

Even though her illness isn't life threatening, I can only imagine the fear experienced if it happens in a situation where your reflexes are compromised.

Diabetes cure??
Good morning all,
As most of you know I am a type 2 diabetes suffer, so I was glued to my TV with the news last night, that there is a possible cure.
I have know for a while that there is a cure, it just needed to be recognised by the property medical authority and given that kudos that is needed.

I will probably join the 8 week program and see how it goes, I know that it will be hard as a big chic, 600 calories a day aint gonna work for me :)

Virgin travel
Good morning all,
Why oh why are Virgin pilots trying to make my life a misery and heading down the route of BA.
Seriously I understand that we all should be paid well, and Virgin pilots get paid the best in the industry and as they are in charge of at least 400 lives at anyone time 70000 feet in the air, I fully understand they should be compensated.
However if they start a lot of strike actions, Virgin will soon head down the path of BA and become a "has been" luxury airline.
I for one is already checking out Emirates.

Hey there peeps,
Its that time of year where you all have to do some spring cleaning not only around the house, but also within yourself and your immediate circle .
You need to make space for the new adventures that life will be throwing at you.
Now this involves getting rid of the hanger- ons around you...... y'all know what I mean , the acquaintances that seems to be in your life with no real purpose, they don't offer you anything substantial to enhance your life.
In fact you spend so much energy dealing with their ish and negativity that by the time they leave you , you carry their burden which weighs you down and make you feel defeated..... yep those are the ones.... you all can relate to at least one person.
Well guess what its time for them to go!!!
Life is too short, if you already enhance their life and they can't enhance yours apart from bringing you negative and bad aura..... kick their ass to the curb and start a new day !!!

Back on UK soil
Good morning all,
Apart from the disappointing weather in ireland,my trip was good, as I got to hang out with my girl and enjoy the irish wit that I hear so much about.
I will be definitely be making another trip, as I met some cool people to hang out with, and I still need to check out the scenic views that I passed through :)
So there are a few more places in the UK that I need to investigate, so Scotland is next and then Wales.
I figure as I spend my time travelling it may be best to check out my home territory :)

Its my last day in Ireland and even though the weather has been disappointing, I have had a relaxing time :)
I wanted to share with you a message I received this morning.....
"I don't play games! But other people do." When we interpret others' motives & behaviours as games of manipulation & spin, we develop a cynical perspective & become disillusioned. We lose trust & become wary as we watch out for how we may be taken advantage of by others.
To enjoy the relationships in our life, all cynicism has to go! Just break the tendency of being judgment al towards others. So, this week, get really good at trusting."

My friends wedding

However it was my friends wedding day yesterday in Ireland and she looked stunning with her new husband.

First Trip
Good morning all,
Its a semi beautiful day, with the sun playing hide and seek.
Tomorrow I make my first trip to Ireland......:)
In all my years of travelling I find that I tend to travel further afield, rather than places closer to home.
Ireland is across the water, a mere 60 minutes on the plane, it takes longer to travel to the airport than it takes to fly there.
So for the next 4 days I will experience the wonderful countryside that I have heard so much about as well as wishing my friend all the best with her nuptials as she is walking down that path that some of us dream of having, and only with stepping outside that box can your dreams be realised....

I am changing up my message this morning, as I receive a thought that I think I should share:
"Fear can save us from life-threatening situations, but sometimes fear denies us life-affirming new adventures.
Visualise doing something you're fearful of, and ask yourself what the worst outcome could be? Now imagine the worst that could happen if you don't face this fear.
Trust that overcoming fears will make you stronger. Look fear in the face and courageously move forward".
For many of us the biggest fear is facing ourselves and our inadequacies, however if you are true to you and admit that fear and face it head on without feeling of guilt, you will be stronger within yourself.
