Spring cleaning .....

Hey there peeps,


Its that time of year where you all have to do some spring cleaning not only around the house, but also within yourself and your immediate circle .


You need to make space for the new adventures that life will be throwing at you.


Now this involves getting rid of the hanger- ons around you...... y'all know what I mean , the acquaintances that seems to be in your life with no real purpose, they don't offer you anything substantial  to enhance your life.


In fact you spend so much energy dealing with their ish and negativity that by the time they leave you , you carry their burden which weighs you down and make you feel defeated..... yep those are the ones.... you all can relate to at least one person.


Well guess what its time for them to go!!!


Life is too short, if you already enhance their life and they can't enhance yours apart from bringing you negative and bad aura..... kick their ass to the curb  and start a new day !!!

Convenient Life!

hey there all,

So let me put a question out there ....

How many of you would love to live in a world where most things are accessible 24 hours a day?

I mean grocery shopping, restaurants etc - go on be honest

Well welcome to the USA!

I mean I visited a gym that is open 24 hours a day and I mean all fully operational, not partly closed, all areas are` accessible and it was AMAZING!

Welcome to a luxurious environment where everything is state of the art, full creche facilities for mothers, rock climbing to entertain both adults and children, sauna, steam comfortable seating within each locker room with huge plasma screens to relax, hair salon, on site masseuse..... the benefits are endless.

Of course there is a fee for such amenities, but its nominal compared to what is offered and more importantly the convenience that you can go when you want!

Of course America is a  convenient city, they supply you what you need to make your life easy...... and in the current society that we live in, life gets bogged down with work and we have less time to do all the mundane stuff that we need to do, and our quality of life deteriorates as we are spending more and more time at work - this ideas  makes perfect sense.

So I will be working out and steaming until the early hours over the next few days before I head home !

Life at 40!

Hey Y'all 


Guess what  peeps! I  am 40...


Yep I said it!! 


Ok I havent aged overnight, I haven't  dissolved into  dust. I haven't grown horns  and become a recluse ..... I am still me..... The Diva, the Jet-setter, the Travel queen !


Many women feels that as their age increase, their life should stop and they should become withered old women.


But for me I find it liberating, I am at the age where I am like a mature wine.... with age I get better, I can look back at my experiences as well as embrace all the others that is due to come:) 


So I am gonna start my journey that life begins at 40, and invite you to join me along the way.
